Programming (G&M Preferred, CAM programming available) | Fixture Design/Build | Tooling Selection | Quality Inspection | Troubleshooting

Vertical Milling w/ Rotary | horizontal, standard bar fed |  live tool/sub-spindle lathes

Skills programming Universal Robot as CNC Part Loader is a plus!

Assuming the candidate’s skill is validated as a level 5 or 6 Machinist, this position comes with 3 or 4 weeks PTO to start, respectively.

Welder

(Highly Skilled)

Candidates need to be able to quickly go from print to part including:
Selecting appropriate wire and filler material | Program appropriate weld parameters (volts, amps, etc.) | Fixture Design/Build/Test | Weld Inspection (including documentation required for rollercoasters) | Weld Finishing (grinding, smoothing) 

Welding Technologies Include:
MIG | TIG | Oxy-Acetylene | Electric Arc | Actively Considering Laser Welding

Skills programming/running a Fanuc Robotic Welder is a plus!

Assuming the candidate’s skill is validated as a level 5 or 6 Machinist, this position comes with 3 or 4 weeks PTO to start, respectively.

  • 12-18 Month program designed to advance L1/L2 level teammates up to L3 status
  • Pays up to $2500 (based on $25/completed online class over 80% grade) paid out weekly
  • Moving from L1 to L3 provides a wage band upper limit increase of $6/hour

Paid Time off (PTO)

Paid Time Off (PTO) is based both on your skill level and your longevity with the company.

    • PTO Benefits are available on the first day of employment 
    • Receive Base PTO per your corresponding Skill Level that is validated by the interview team. 
    • Achieve higher designated skill level, your base PTO increases accordingly (skill, not time based)
    • Longevity PTO is 8 hours for every year completed and is added to your base (not to exceed 160 hours)
